01

Development status

Suitivia is being developed as technology supporting client understanding, mortgage analysis, suitability and professional review for mortgage professionals and brokerages. Ontario is the initial jurisdictional focus, including its FSRA/MBLAA framework. Future expansion will require separate legal, regulatory, privacy, security and operational review for each jurisdiction.

Private demonstrations and engineering review are ongoing. VIA assistance is disabled in the current demonstration, and no live mortgage-platform or lender API integrations are being offered. Wider availability remains subject to testing and readiness review.

The current environment is for fictional or synthetic testing only. It is not approved for live client information, production mortgage activity or reliance as a compliance certification.

02

Privacy approach

This marketing website does not accept mortgage applications, supporting documents or client file uploads. Product-testing inquiries are initiated by email and should contain business contact information only. The brokerage survey linked from this site is hosted on Google Forms; please do not include borrower or client information in either channel.

Suitivia’s intended operating model is being developed around data minimization, informed consent, purpose limitation, role-based access, brokerage separation, retention controls and accountable handling of service providers.

From 27 September 2026, this website uses a first-party page-view counter. It stores aggregate daily counts for the home page and Trust Centre. The counter uses no tracking cookies or browser storage and does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, referring links, search terms or URL query strings. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts are available only to the site owner and do not identify individual visitors. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and secure the website.

  • Do not email client files, identity documents, financial documents, passwords, authentication codes, SIN information or banking credentials.
  • Any future beta collection form will identify what information is requested, why it is needed and how it will be used.
  • Separate privacy and service terms will apply before any approved operational use.

Privacy inquiries may be directed to info@suitivia.com.

03

Security and responsible development

Suitivia is being designed with security, access control, auditability, and incident readiness as core requirements. Privacy, legal, cybersecurity, vendor, data governance, and production readiness reviews are required before live client use is authorized.

Current development work and internal testing do not constitute an independent security audit, legal opinion, SOC 2 examination or certification. Suitivia will not make those claims unless and until the applicable work has been independently completed.

Potential security concerns should be reported privately to info@suitivia.com. Please do not include live client information in an initial report.

04

Controlled beta notice

Initial product testing is being prepared in an Ontario brokerage setting before a broader pilot. Testing will assess the product’s usability, workflow fit, adoption, delegated roles, supervision and practical value, including defects, missing controls and unnecessary friction. Current demonstrations and testing use fictional or synthetic files.

  • An inquiry or invitation does not guarantee acceptance into the beta.
  • The approved beta scope, users, responsibilities and permitted data will be confirmed in writing.
  • No live client information may be entered unless Suitivia provides separate and express written authorization for production use.
  • Beta participation will be subject to applicable confidentiality, privacy, security and testing terms.
  • Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn during development.

Request controlled beta information.
